Enjoy Rich & Sweet Milk Chocolate Mochas

The Chocolate Scale is at the heart of every Dilettante’s Mocha Café. For the past several months, this scale showed four chocolate blends customers could choose from to include in a mocha or hot chocolate drink. Fans of milk chocolate will be pleased to hear Dilettante is reintroducing its milk chocolate blend back to Dilettante’s Chocolate Scale.

Dilettante’s milk chocolate was removed from the scale several months ago due to supply issues. During that time, our café team listed to the community and worked to bring back milk chocolate mochas. Thankfully, the team was able to resolve the issues and the milk chocolate option is available once again.

The milk chocolate is made from 41% cacao, meaning the chocolate is made up of 41% cacao solids and a high amount of cocoa butter. This low cacao percentage gives milk chocolate a light brown appearance and a sweet and light taste.

Milk chocolate is the most popular chocolate in America for good reason. The subtle taste strikes a good balance between sweet and chocolatey and is well liked by almost everyone.

As with all of Dilettante’s chocolate, this chocolate blends contains no hydrogenated fats, artificial sweeteners, or oil for a pure chocolate taste. Stop by a Mocha Café and taste an unforgettable combination of flavors between bitter coffee notes and sweet milk chocolate.
